Humane Wildlife
Removal.
Bats in the attic. Birds in the vent. Voles tearing up the lawn. We handle Colorado wildlife humanely and legally. At time of service our exclusion experts will inspect and provide an estimate for any necessary repairs (exclusion) to prevent reinfestation.
Front Range wildlife we handle
Bats
Protected wildlife in Colorado. We do one-way valve installation, attic guano cleanup, and decontamination, timed to comply with state maternity-season regulations. At time of service our exclusion experts will inspect and provide an estimate for any necessary sealing repairs. Bat details →
Pest Birds
Pigeons in vents, sparrows in eaves, starlings in attics. Humane removal, screening, spike installation, and damage cleanup. Our exclusion experts will provide an estimate for the necessary work.
Voles
Surface runways across lawns and turf damage along foundation lines. We bait, trap, and recommend landscape changes that take away the cover voles need.
Rats & Mice
Roof rats and house mice straddle pest and wildlife. At time of service our exclusion experts will inspect and provide an estimate for any necessary repairs (exclusion) to prevent reinfestation. Rats → Mice →
Larger Nuisance Wildlife
For raccoons, skunks, opossums, and squirrels we partner with licensed wildlife specialists and can coordinate the referral if that's what you need.
Our wildlife approach
- Inspection first. We identify the species, the entry points, and whether young are present before any removal.
- One-way valves over trapping when species and timing allow — animals exit normally and can't re-enter.
- Repair estimate at time of service. After inspection our exclusion experts will quote any necessary structural repairs (exclusion) needed to prevent reinfestation — soffit, fascia, vent screening, chimney capping with hardware cloth and metal flashing, not patches that get chewed through.
- Cleanup & decontamination. Guano, nest material, damaged insulation removed. Surfaces decontaminated. Insulation replaced where soiling is heavy.
- Compliance. Every job runs within Colorado wildlife regulations — no shortcuts on protected species or maternity timing.
Why timing matters
Sealing wildlife out during active denning or nursing season strands flightless young inside the structure. They die in the walls, and you have a months-long odor and stain problem. We never seal until we've confirmed all young are mobile.
