Every Pest Colorado
Throws At You.
Cockroaches, ants, mosquitoes, spiders, wasps, fleas, and seasonal invaders. One call covers everything in the house, the yard, and the perimeter.
What general pest control covers
Most pest pressure isn't bed bugs or termites — it's the steady stream of seasonal stuff. Ants in summer, mosquitoes in July, spiders in fall, overwintering box elder bugs in October, silverfish in damp basements year-round. EPC's general pest service handles all of it.
Our approach
Eco-friendly first. We start with the safest method that will work — bait, IGR, perimeter residual. Chemical sprays only when nothing else fits.
Common Front Range general pests
Cockroaches
German roaches in kitchens, American roaches in basements and drains. Our treatment consists of baits, dust, IGR and chemicals as needed to eradicate these pests.
Ants
Carpenter ants and sugar/pavement/black ants. Perimeter granulation and sprays around foundation to prevent activity from going into the structure.
Mosquitoes
Mosquito pressure varies by property and season. Call for information regarding your situation.
Spiders & Stinging Insects
Black widows, hobo spiders, wasps, hornets. Nest removal, interior/exterior perimeter residual and nest treatments.
Fleas
Indoor IGR + adulticide + outdoor yard treatment. Coordinated with vet pet treatment.
Overwintering Pests
Box elder bugs, stink bugs, cluster flies. Fall perimeter timing prevents indoor populations through winter. Baiting for ants prior to winter as well.
Single service or quarterly?
For a specific issue (wasp nest, ant trail, sudden roach activity), single-service treatment is usually all you need. For chronic pressure (yards adjacent to open space, mature landscaping, older homes), quarterly perimeter service prevents most issues from becoming infestations. No contracts required.
